Role: RGN Home IV Therapy Nurse – Biosimilar and HPN

Salary: £27,675 + Car + Company Bonus
Location: Coventry

I am recruiting for an experienced Staff Nurse, to take up a role caring for patients out in the Community. My client have introduced a new service for both Parental Nutrition and Biosimilars, this will also give the patient the opportunity to self administer injections. Duties of a RGN Home IV Therapy Nurse?

The new Community Staff Nurse will form part of an expanding team, to facilitate the safe discharge of Parenteral and IV therapy patients in liaison with hospitals accounts and to provide ongoing support in the community for patients, carers and healthcare professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a patient caseload, fulfilling all nursing requirements in agreement with Regional Nurse Manager. You will also be advised to provide telephone advice line cover as part of a rota to homecare patients.

Am I the right person for this role?
The new Community Staff Nurse needs to be a registered RGN with at least 2 years post registration/adaptation experience. You must have current experience with IV treatment/therapy. It would also be desirable if you have community care experience and experience in an acute care environment, have current experience with cannulation, wound care and associated products and must hold a full EU Driving License.
