MYM Recruitment are continuing to workour existing client in Magherafelt. They operate throughout Northern Ireland andthe Republic of Ireland and consistently deliver high quality, fullytransparent services on every level. They currently are seeking to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator who will play animportant role within their Magherafelt office.
Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
·Passingsupplier/sub-contractor invoices for payment, disputing incorrect invoices,requesting credit notes for overcharges and recording receipt of same.
·Enteringsupplier/sub-contractor invoices onto Sage Line 50.
·Reconciliationof supplier/sub-contractor statements.
·Makingpayments to suppliers/sub-contractors.
·Assistancewith payroll processing.
·Answeringtelephone and dealing with general queries.
·Stationeryand consumables ordering.
·Any otherduty deemed necessary by management.
·Ability todeal in a fast-paced finance function passing supplier/sub-contractor invoicesfor payment within strict deadlines.
·Excellentcommunication and organisational skills.
·A goodattention to detail and high level of accuracy are required for this positionalong with:
·GCSE Mathsand English or equivalent.
·Threeyears’ recent experience in a similar role.
·Sage 50Accounts experience.
