Carrying out on site due diligence and valuation of capital values, £ per sq ft and rental figures.
Recommending opportunities for Board level sign off.
Working to the acquisition criteria on unit numbers, discounts, target yields, delivery dates and geographical areas set at Board level and agreed with Head of Department.
Regular communications with house builders & agents to ensure quality leads.
Maintaining and building relationships with house builders & agents to ensure a 'deal flow'.
Positioning the company's reputation in the UK market.
Conducting initial desktop research on viability of acquisition
The Successful Applicant
Residential investment acquisition experience is required along with a track record of souring new develop opportunities within London/Greater London. Candidates must possess the ability to develop and maintain relationships with landowners, developers and house builders.
