TANGIBLE ASSET GROUP:

Kroll is currently expanding its Tangible Asset Group. This group sits within our Valuation Advisory Services practice, and provides consulting services for investment, risk management and financial reporting mainly for large corporates and insurance companies across various industries. Specifically, the primary focus and responsibility of the group is the valuation of land, buildings, and machinery & equipment.

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Data analyst to join our dynamic team in London. We have some exciting ongoing developments, such as continuously expanding our valuation database, applying computer vision to detect real estate on aerial imagery, training our machines to analyze our client’s financial data and expanding our analytics capabilities for large insurance portfolio reviews. This role will give you the opportunity to be part of a growing international team and gain experience in different tools and technologies and apply them to Valuations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support valuation engagements from origination to execution
Assist with creation and commercialization of new data services

REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance or Economics
Good knowledge of Python, SQL, SK Learn, OpenCV, Excel and PowerBI
Excellent English verbal and communication skills
