How will you make an impact?

  • You will act as a referent for all operations and services related flows to boutique team and different local and Central departments
  • You will ensures the accurate content is available and up to date at all time
    You will create dynamic and efficient tools and contents to communicate and roll out new tools and services at the boutique level
  • You will share your knowledge with the boutique team and inform them of any updates
    You will ensure all departments and teams in Bond Street are consistently informed and trained/ developed on operations matters
  • You will perform first level of support within the boutique
  • You will coordinate with various departments as needed to solve technical issues

  • You will have extensive previous experience in a similar role
  • Your sense of initiative, organisation and your ability to anticipate business needs will help you in achieving successful results
  • You will possess excellent communication skills, which also include being a great listener
