The Campaign Content Manager will be part of the digital experience team and will be responsible for EMEA content strategy and content calendar and will lead the development of compelling marketing content for use in digital marketing campaigns, account-based marketing, thought leadership research, social, our website, our blogs, and more with the ultimate goal of generating high-value leads for the sales team and to convert on site. Candidates for this position must have a passion for delivering demand generation campaigns and being able to create meaningful content that will engage its audience via traditional digital marketing channels.
Leverage engaging content to create automated demand generation campaigns which drive action throughout the customer journey and ultimately influence purchase
Design content marketing strategies
Build and manage a content calendar
Evaluate existing content, provide recommendations on improvements, and work with content owners to apply changes
Develop topics for thought leadership pieces; identify and engage internal and external subject matter experts (SMEs), writers and designers to create high quality thought leadership deliverables on site and in outbound marketing
Develop and own EMEA social media strategy and posting
Work with the local businesses and EMEA Events Manager to develop a calendar and content for webinars to drive demand for products and services
Work closely with designers to turn content into compelling designs with a clear CTA to convert sales
When required, manage localised content for all regions and work with merchandising team to get content optimised across our sites
Track key metrics to optimize campaigns
YOU MUST HAVE:
Applicants must meet the following education and experience requirements:
Relevant experience working in digital marketing, content marketing, public relations or a related field
Relevant experience working in the retail, distribution or similar B2B or B2C commerce environment
A strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset
Driven demand through email, social, website and webinars
SEO content experience
Working knowledge of techniques to transition technical content into editorial and digestible content
Experience working in a marketing automation system
Process-oriented; adept in creating and implementing process in an early stage agile organization
Good understanding of Google Analytics
A self-motivated individual who will continuously seek improvement opportunities
