Exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de partie to be a part of our newly re-opened Alpine-inspired, kitchen.
Working in a professional, hospitable and friendly environment, We are looking for someone with restaurant experience who is used to working on all sections of the kitchen.
We require 2 chef de parties as we embark on our re opening of our restaurant in Soho.
This Is London’s first modern, destination dining Swiss-inspired restaurant and bar that originated in the alps and has been introduced to the vibrant area of soho, Heritage celebrates the artistic traditions of the Alpine region, in a modern and contemporary style.
As well as classic Swiss dishes of fondue, raclette, rösti and carbonnade the restaurant also offers impeccably executed French plates, characterised by the use of luxury ingredients such as wagyu beef and lobster.
Providing an immersive element, diners will be able to barbecue prime meat cuts, fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables on table-top charcoal grills.
We need people who have worked up to CDP or Grill chef level and can work with volume, and have experience with relaxed dining concepts but fresh food.
