As a Chef de Partie you'll have the opportunity to gain experience working across all areas of the kitchen and will be key in supporting the Sous Chefs and Head Chef. You’ll embrace our fresh food culture, be involved with stock control and ensure you meet food safety and cleaning standards.

  • About you... 

    You may have experience as a line cook, chef, specialising in pastry or all-round experience as a Chef de Partie. This could have been in a restaurant or the general hospitality sector. Either way if you’re as passionate about fresh food cookery as us you're likely to be our kind of person and we would love to hear from you!
