Our client has partnered with a major insurance organisation and are now looking to recruit a Team Leader with a positive can-do attitude.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a new company and build your own team as the company grows. Initially, you be managing one Claims Handler offering guidance, expertise and support along with performance management ensuring financial, quality and customer service targets are met.


In addition, you will also deal with First Notification of Loss for Property, Home and Contents claims. As call volumes/workload increases, this is when you will need to recruit additional Claims Handlers and your role will change to focus more on team management ensuring your staff stay motivated and engaged.
