Control Techniques is part of the Industrial Automation business within the Nidec Group. Our innovative products are used in the most demanding applications requiring performance, reliability and energy efficiency to enhance the productivity of our customers' machines and processes.
Working closely with the Global Product Management team you will be responsible for launching new products into your region and working with the individual countries of your region on launch and roll-out plans including target market/customer identification, volume/revenue forecasts and collaboration with the local marketing team to support campaigns.
The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and analysis of product sales performance and reporting such to relevant stakeholders.
Localising and executing product launches.
Definition of product-centric sales targets.
Management of pricing requests to ensure profitability of the business.
Collaboration with the other global and regional marketing functions to develop effective campaigns and communications (channels and artefacts).
Development of new initiatives for lead generation.
Provide input into ongoing projects/programmes within the global marketing community.
Work closely with the Global Product Management team on the definition of new products to ensure they can meet the needs of your region.

Qualifications, Experience and Profile:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing and/or a related technical field or an equivalent combination. of education and technical/ professional or proven experience.
Holding a business management qualification is an advantage.
Demonstrable product, application and market knowledge.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships at all levels.
