My clients 5,000 strong investor community is hugely important to them and this role will see the successful candidate take a leading role in communicating and engaging with investors on an on-going basis.

The role will be the first point of contact for our valued investors and you will be dedicated and committed to them, ensuring an always positive experience.

As part of the role, you will create and implement a strong, strategic ongoing engagement plan which will include sharing business and brand news and delivering brand experiences. You will proactively communicate and swiftly respond to incoming queries and be ambitious to grow the community.

You will be based in the marketing team, reporting to the PR Manager and working closely with the Brand Managers and Digital / Social team.

Key Tasks

  • Develop an annual investor plan / programme with clear KPIs and calendar, agreed with key stakeholders
  • Proactively communicate with investors - outgoing news and incoming queries
  • Work with in-house digital team to build an appropriate CRM programme
  • Manage and monitor the dedicated investor forum
  • Identify opportunities to build / grow / innovate community and provide unique brand experiences
  • Key contact for investor community including in-person as appropriate e.g. investor events
  • Manage annual investor reward programme
  • Coordinate creation of Business updates
  • Support the planning and organisation of our annual investor event, and any other investor events such as openings of new facilities

  • Experienced in communications - in-house or agency
  • Experienced in crowdfunding with a good understanding of investing / investors and business commercials
  • Experienced and efficient in community management
  • Ideally experienced in CRM, online retail, DTC, digital marketing and social media literate
  • Highly motivated, creative and organised, with the ability to work quickly, efficiently and multi-task
  • Able to work proactively, confidently and independently
