  • Write and/or proof-read creative copy for brand, marketing and sales communications (this includes emails, social media posts, PDFs/brochures and website updates)
  • Ensure all copy is of the highest editorial standards and free from all typographical and grammatical errors
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone of voice and narrative across all touchpoints
  • Build branded emails using Pardot (powered by Salesforce)
  • Post social media content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Vimeo
  • Make copy updates to our brand websites via WordPress
  • Write and proof-read copy for our members-only digital platform alongside our CRM/Digital team
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative and operations teams on briefs that fulfill business aims and successfully appeal to the relevant target audiences
  • Generate ideas for brand campaigns across multiple platforms (including digital, multimedia, print and experiential)

  • Generating innovative, fit-to-brief creative ideas and copy
  • Getting to know our audience personas thoroughly so that you can effectively tailor messaging to various audience segments
  • Producing accurate, on-brand copy within given (sometimes tight) timeframes
  • Collaborating effectively on a range of briefs with different teams
  • Demonstrating creative flair and initiative
  • Maintaining excellent internal communication to manage expectations and competing timelines

    Your experience

  • Generating creative copy and content for a variety of brands (at least two years' experience)
  • You know how to write for a B2B audience, and have a strong understanding of the difference between writing consumer and business-facing copy
  • Strong understanding of and genuine interest in brand storytelling
  • Proficiency with social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Experience building branded emails via designated email marketing software (Pardot experience a plus)
  • Keen interest in travel and knowledge of the travel industry a plus
  • Degree in English or a similar subject

  • You're highly creative and imaginative with an editorial mindset
  • You're an organisational whiz and can manage your own time well, juggling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while keeping to deadlines
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a clear, confident communicator
  • You are commercially minded and able to tailor your words to the marketing objective that's been set for you
  • Email coding / HTML basic code experience a plus, but not essential
