Responsibilities

  •  Handling incoming customer service requests via telephone, email and occasional customer visits
  • Resolving billing queries
  • Make changes to customer accounts
  • Processing orders
  • Processing contract renewals
  • Administration and maintaining accurate records in internal systems
  • Qualifications and Experience

  •  B2B customer service background ideally in a SME business environment
  • Has had structured customer service training
  • Working within technology context
  • Computer literate – MS Office Suite, strong on excel
  • Good standard of general education (9 GCSE’s grade A-C or equivalent)
  • Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Product knowledge or experience of working with our key providers would be a distinct advantage: Mobile (O2) – Tariffs, network provisioning processes
