To provide a professional point of contact for all customers, placing orders through the website or in branch. Dealing with customers queries in line with SLA’s, accurately processing eBay orders, arranging returns and providing help and assistance by phone, email and live chat to give our customers the best possible customer experience. 

The Role:

  • Processing orders and queries from All About Electrics through the eBay platform, ensuring orders are processed and requests dealt with in line with SLA’s
  • Responding to a range of customer enquiries providing high levels of customer service at all times
  • Contribute towards future development of the central contact function through effective teamwork and participation
  • To track orders through both in-house and third-party systems
  • To assist customers with registration issues, returns and provide general help and assistance to queries raised by phone, live chat and email
  • Proactively contact customers who have registered for a web account but not activated
  • Contact select customers to conduct market research for HO departments and accurately recording finding
  • The Person:

  • Data capture and recording across multiple platforms to 99%+ accuracy level
  • Customer sales order processing
  • Extensive experience of managing an eBay shop and processing orders / queries
  • Customer Service experience ideally gained in a contact centre environment
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Vecta CRM system, Hybris and Live Engage
  • Previous experience of using a form of live chat software and handling multiple live chats / calls at the same time
