As an IT Support Engineer, you will have a good understanding of 1st and 2nd Line Support of the Microsoft stack ranging from Windows, Office 365, and ticketing management system experience. You will be managing around 150 tickets per month through email and the portal making sure all tickets come to an end and close.

    Essential Skills

  • 1st / 2nd Line – laptop – desktop – MS Stack – office tooling
  • Office 365 – Admin
  • Ticket management system experience
  • Must be happy with occasional UK travel to other offices.
  • Some occasional on call available
  • Desirable Skills

    Working as part of the IT Operations Team, you will be supporting customers via telephone, email and remote support technologies to log, diagnose and resolve technical support issues as well as performing routine maintenance, service requests and other IT functions.
