Director / Senior Manager Product Marketing – Global Service Providers

RingCentral is looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Leader who will be responsible for the go-to-market of RingCentral’s new co-branded solution with Vodafone. The Director/Sr. Manager, Product Marketing will be responsible for driving all aspects of the marketing function – technical, operational and strategic – for UCaaS and CCaaS product lines that cover Cloud PBX, Video Meetings, Team Messaging, and Omni-Channel Contact Center.
This team leader will drive the delivery of our go-to-market strategy, messaging, content, activities and marketing campaigns across Vodafone’s markets. This product marketing role is visible and cross-functional, requiring regular communication with executives, sales, product management, and other staff members, as well as extension collaboration with external partners. This role will require occasional travel throughout Europe (when travel is no longer restricted).
Market Analysis and Propositions Development: Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape and go to market strategies in target markets and target audiences. Define compelling messaging, effective value propositions, use cases, and overall content targeting customers, decision makers, and other audiences such as analysts, press, sales and partners. Be the master storyteller that catapults RingCentral above the competition.
Marketing and Sales Programs Management: Grow sales pipeline and new revenues for the Vodafone product line through demand generation campaigns including ABM, customer promotions, field events, digital marketing, and sales enablement. Manage joint market development funds and measure outcomes.
Data-driven Insights: Manage a joint partner marketing scorecard and leverage product adoption data to drive campaigns. Conduct win/loss analysis to drive proposition and pricing development.
Product Release and Launches: Lead GTM launches across Vodafone’s markets and manage ongoing monthly releases. Enable RingCentral and Vodafone sales teams with campaigns, training, and differentiated messaging. Be a subject matter expert for our product’s benefits and solutions.
Growth Marketing: Drive rapid adoption and virality among small businesses and teams with end-to-end digital customer journeys. Be a champion for growth marketing and user adoption, particularly on mobile devices.
Partner Enablement: Build strong working relationships with multiple Vodafone teams, across segments and regions. Build influence and win mindshare.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's/master’s degree and 7-10+ years of relevant marketing experience
Experience marketing SaaS or cloud services
Experience working in a partner-facing role
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; German, Spanish, or Italian language skills are a plus
Solid project management capability
Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
