I am working on behalf of a national domiciliary care provider who are opening a new service in the Exeter area. They are looking for a Registered Branch Manager to help develop the service and manage the day to day operations.
The organisation aims to provide a person-centred package of domiciliary care and support that contributes to the overall health and well-being of its clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. The branch will work in partnership with other services and health professionals, to support their clients in maximising their full potential by promoting independence and, wherever possible, participation within their local community.
The Branch/The role:
The Registered Manager will grow and develop the homecare business. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and presentation skills, will be able to build relationships within the local community, establish key contacts within the domiciliary care sector. You will be building a strong team of carers and a strong office-based support team around you. You will have to abide by all CQC regulations and keep standards high at all times.
You will either be a strong manager, registered with CQC and have a proven successful track record with domiciliary branch management within elderly care or be a longstanding deputy manager of a homecare service who is ready for a step up. You will have excellent leadership qualities and a desire to work to high standards. You will be a passionate, dedicated, driven, and ambitious and has a clear focus on establishing and growing the branch. You will likely already be a successful registered manager with a strong track record and know the local area well.
£28K – £32K + Bonus
