Our Assets and Services Department is responsible for delivering the key services of roading, river control, drainage, water, sewerage, stormwater, waste management and emergency management. The Department accounts for approximately 70% of Council?s annual operating expenditure plus significant major capital projects.
The Assets and Services Department is looking for an Engineering Clerical Administrator to provide clerical support for our Works Operations Depot. This role will be responsible for assisting staff with the completion of timesheets. This role will use our Asset Management system to assess work orders, checking that the relative data required is shown on the work order before it is closed off as being completed. This role will also assist staff with the preparation of ?as built? plans for work sites showing infrastructure located or installed
