Frontline Customer Service Advisors (Inbound)
Location - Gateshead, Team Valley (free onsite parking and good public transport links)
Hourly rate: £9.32, increasing to £9.78 after 12 weeks
Temporary to Permanent
Full time - 37.5 hours per week
Shifts - 7.5 hour shift between 7am - 7pm Mon to Fri and approx. 1 in 4 Saturdays
Start date - 7th June 2021

International company based in Gateshead, Team Valley is looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to provide first call resolution and exceptional service to its customers.

We welcome applications from candidates who have worked in call centres, retail and the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking inbound calls from customers regarding their deliveries
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and providing accurate information based on their needs
  • Updating internal systems accurately
  • Some outbound transaction calls may be required to check collection availability and resolve booking exceptions
Required Skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Fast, accurate keyboard skills
