Purpose of Role:

Achieve daily sales targets set by line manager, maximizing sales and profitability. Consistently provides the highest level of customer service, demonstrates exceptional product knowledge and store standards with a commercial understanding of key sales drivers and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate the value and importance of customer service in line with company model of the Hunter experience.
  • Consistently strive to contribute to the overall productivity of the store and achieve the highest possible level of sales performance.
  • Show initiative and ensure all feedback from customers is passed on in a constructive manner. Also, identify sales opportunities and effective business solutions with the Store management team
  • Maintain client records in an orderly and coherent manner in which you can maximise on those client relationships to generate further sales to the business.
  • Ensure all duties are carried out to the best of your abilities
  • Ensure high levels of product knowledge
  • Maintain high levels of store standards
  • Promote a positive work environment by maintaining a respectful work place.
  • Carry out additional duties as necessary within other areas of the store / business including stock room responsibilities and front and back of house standards
  • Work closely with the team leader and management team to have a full understanding of both front and back of house expectation, procedures and processes.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating Hunter behaviours in all aspects of the store and business procedures
  • Uphold and communicate the company culture, demonstrating and supporting Hunter values
  • Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in a luxury environment
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Proven experience of working with and achieving sales targets
  • Demonstrate passion for the brand
  • Ability to show initiative and passion for improving things
  • Strong interpersonal skills interacting with customers and team in varying situations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
