About the roleWhat does a Gin Expert do? Gin Experts are at the frontline of our Brand Home. They create quality cocktails for our guests to enjoy whilst delivering the exceptional customer service expected of a premium brand. You will host Gin Cocktail Masterclasses and other experiences. Gin Experts also work in the Gin Shop, and there are opportunities to cross train into other areas, including hosting the tours. Cleaning, replenishing stock and serving guests at the till are all part of the role. You will work with our tour guests during the day, as well as our evening event guests. You will be required to work weekends. About You You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be a team player who can adapt your way of working depending on the visitor flow each day. You should be passionate about our products and serving quality cocktails.
