Global Change & Training Coordinator: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract: Remote working: Paying £30,000-£40,000 pro rata (DOE)
Morson are currently supporting our leading engineering client who are looking for a strong Change & Training Coordinator to work closely with the Global Change & Training Manager to coordinate all activities relating to change management, communications and training. The Global Change & Training Coordinator will provide support across multiple countries globally, ensuring that activities are effectively executed, and objectives are met on time.
The Global Change & Training Coordinator will coordinate all change activities associated with the project change plans including status reporting, change readiness assessments, impact assessments, resistance management, stakeholder change onboarding sessions and creating MS Forms surveys.
