Global Change & Training Coordinator: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract: Remote working: Paying £30,000-£40,000 pro rata (DOE)

Morson are currently supporting our leading engineering client who are looking for a strong Change & Training Coordinator to work closely with the Global Change & Training Manager to coordinate all activities relating to change management, communications and training. The Global Change & Training Coordinator will provide support across multiple countries globally, ensuring that activities are effectively executed, and objectives are met on time.

The Global Change & Training Coordinator will coordinate all change activities associated with the project change plans including status reporting, change readiness assessments, impact assessments, resistance management, stakeholder change onboarding sessions and creating MS Forms surveys. Additionally, the Global Change & Training Coordinator will be accountable for:

  • Creating all change communication such as developing intranet articles, intranet pages and liaising with internal communications, marketing and design teams to develop collateral.
  • Coordinating training activities e.g. drafting training communications and training packs, sharing presentation packs and recordings, managing training attendance and developing reports
  • To be considered for this opportunity a degree in human resources/change/project management or a CIPD qualification is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role in change management and/or training coordination as well as having the below skills/attributes:

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • High degree of initiative and proven ability to work under pressure
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Highly organised and efficient with strong attention to detail
  • Experience of working in a global, high volume and fast paced role
  • Due to the urgent nature of this requirement, only those with no-short notice period can be considered.
