Location – any/remote
Own and deliver Partnership Program product roadmap
Build a profitable and sustainable referral business model (via partner programs) by: Designing the product concept, strategy, development roadmap, and plans Solving partner program related problems, making decisions, completing trade-off analysis to staying on track towards business deliverable commitments Anticipating partner needs and optimizing the value of the partner programs
Research and analyze market, the users, and the competition
Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams
Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end partner experience integration and dependencies
Present and effectively communicate product business growth strategy and the following execution to the board and key business stakeholders
Act as a primary liaison, working closely with Developers, Marketing, Sales, Legal and TechSupport teams
Develop and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the partner programs with an overall objective to acquire new partners and grow referral business
Develop internal and external sales and marketing campaigns aimed at new partner acquisition, increasing loyalty, customer retention, and the lifetime value of the partner
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Fluent English, Russian as benefit
Minimum 8 years of experience in the similar roles in the Financial Industry
Proven track record of partnership program set up and delivery
Experience in product lifecycle management, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, roadmap development and product launch
Knowledge of Agile process and principles
Commercial drive (sales & business strategy development & new client acquisition)
Strategic mindset and full ownership of execution (hands on)
Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Team and stakeholder management skills (decentralized set up, remote)
Ability to delegate efficiently, project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Capacity to work in a high-growth environment with emerging structure and manage multiple internal stakeholders
