We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf a leading specialist insurance company seeking to add to their underwriting team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to progress into the insurance underwriting market and progress your career.

Candidates will be responsible for assessing and setting up new business policies, following the process or medical underwriting where applicable. You will generate renewal terms with a view to retaining policies at a competitive price for both the insurer and the customer. You will review claims history or each policy due for renewal and issue renewal terms and new business policy documentation.

You will ideally come from a health insurance background, although our client will consider broader general insurance based experience. Candidates need to have excellent communication, administration and negotiation skills and be confident, over the phone and in writing.
