Salary Off-scale salary of £30,000 – £40,000 per annum depending on skills, qualifications and experience. Plus significant training package worth up to £5,000.

University of Nottingham (UoN) invites applications for a Food Structure and Flavour R&D Scientist to join our exciting collaboration with , a leading manufacturer of branded and own label grocery, fruit, chilled and frozen foods. You will be based at the Hain Daniels’ site in Histon working alongside staff across the business.

You will have a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of a strategic project to potentially develop and launch a range of pot desserts which incorporate new functional ingredients that increase health benefits, improve sustainability credentials and reduce cost.
