Responsible for creating and delivering marketing plans and activity in line with the UK marketing strategy for the Ministry of Justice Education, Training and Employment contract (MOJ ETE). Ensuring the local operational team are engaged and delivering to agreed performance metrics.
Non London: £36,000 - £40,000pa
London: £41,000 - £45,000pa
Essential Job Duties
•Create marketing plans in line with UK marketing strategy, for the MOJ ETE contract
•Develop compelling content and design briefs to support this contract
•Deliver marketing activity in line with the UK marketing strategy and plans, and commissioner/client requirements
•Attend events and conferences that align to the successful delivery of this contract, in line with the wider marketing and communications strategy
•Generate potential leads and new business opportunities by networking and engaging at own and external events
•Develop key relationships and sponsorship opportunities within this market sector
•Experience of developing pro-active, cross-channel communications campaigns to support sales/referral generation
•Experience of evaluating marketing and campaign activity to determine impact and ROI
•Ensure external communications are consistent and brand/commissioner compliant.
Education and Experience Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
•Experience of drafting and delivering marketing communication plans
•Experience of evaluating ROI or other desired outcomes
•Justice or Probation sector experience
•Qualification in a Communications or Marketing related discipline
•Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (Desirable)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong communicator, with exceptional relationship building skills
•Excellent copywriting skills
•Creative, imaginative self-starter who can bring new ideas to promote the business
•Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
Strong attention to detail skills
