As a Lead Consultant Specialist you will play a leading role in the design and delivery of solutions for our customers. You will become a trusted technical advisor, lead technologically complex solutions across all sector verticals and provide technical consultancy including expert level design, implementation, troubleshooting and/or delivery. You will work alongside many other parts of the organisation including the sales teams, bid managers, service designers, project managers, propositions and portfolio and the in life support and management teams to ensure the successful end to end sale and delivery of solutions to our customers.
You'll have the following responsibilities
·Technical ownership in designing and/or delivering large/complex technological projects
·Produce relevant internal/external technical documentation to BT Standard
·Consulting in shaping standards and working practices
·Technical point of contact for key technologies
·Adhere to BT Behavioursand Values
·Adhere to BT Standard policies and procedures
·Contribute to achieving individual set performance goals
·Engage with other communities across BT to enhance your own professional reputation, the reputation of the team and increase the strengths of those communities
·Perform other duties as the business needs that are not specifically referable to this role
