<p><strong>National Technical Sales Manager </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Location: National </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Company Car, Bonus, Health Care, Laptop, Phone etc </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Company Information:</strong> My client provides the Construction and Civil Engineering sectors with a sustainable alte ative to primary aggregates. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Role Information: </strong></p><p>In support of their growth plans, my client is looking to expand their sales team and are looking to recruit a National Technical Sales Manager. As the National Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:-</p><ul><li>Building and maintaining good customer relationships to ensure market position is optimised</li><li>Developing customer relationships from a technical perspective within key markets with the sales team</li><li>Leading on technical aspects and supporting the field sales team with business and product development</li><li>Development and management of specification and product compliance training</li><li>Creating sales opportunities by providing technical knowledge and in tu increasing the sales portfolio</li><li>Developing approvals</li><li>Producing accurate management information including forecasting</li></ul><p> </p><p>The Successful National Technical Sales Manager candidates will ideally have the following:-</p><ul><li>Previous experience in a Technical customer facing sales lead role</li><li>Experience in the aggregates sector</li><li>Technical knowledge of aggregate compliance testing</li><li>The successful candidate will be great at dealing with people – particularly at building relationships.</li><li>The ability to understand specifications and to competently demonstrate compliance whilst being an excellent communicator, in writing and face-to-face.</li><li>Computer Literacy with an in-depth knowledge of Market Intelligence Tools and Microsoft Office</li><li>Self-motivated, methodical, persistent, confident and articulate, accurate and flexible.</li></ul><p>In retu you’ll receive a competitive salary, Death In Service, Private Health Care and Pension Scheme.</p><p> </p><p>To apply for the National Technical Sales Manager please send your CV along with your salary details, quoting ref: 5095KS by email to Katie Seed: <a href="mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org">email@example.com</a> RoS Inte ational Ltd, 16 Parliament Street, Hull, HU1 2AP, Tel: 01482 211155</p><p>RoS Inte ational Ltd is a well-established and respected Engineering and Technical Recruitment Company.
