the role, Net Revenue Management – Lead…

We want to leverage our data analytics capability to create a leading edge NRM team to win in our competitive category landscape, manage external headwinds and underpin our margin ambition.

Create our Net Revenue Management Strategy and deploy and implement our Price and Pack Architecture roadmaps across our three snacking categories, predominantly in the UK - but also across our European rollout.

Managing our Net Revenue Management team, you will work alongside our Category & Commercial Teams, marketeers and Retail Finance Business Partner to define and execute growth plans, inform innovation launch projects and optimise retail revenues focussing on Trade Spend Management, ROI Analysis and P&L Management.

what you’ll be responsible for…

Through coaching and upskilling colleagues on the levers of revenue management you will embed revenue growth principles across the business and drive improved customer and brand P&Ls.

You will…

  • Develop, improve and apply models, frameworks & guidelines to drive effective commercial investment and efficient promotional spend
  • Challenge the business to deliver channel fit portfolios to unlock new business in growth channels and drive mix optimisation in developed channels
  • Deliver recession ready pricing and promotion strategies and ranges in all our categories
  • Develop the talent and capability of the NRM team and revenue growth capability across the business
  • Lead channel and customer specific innovation projects thorough graze decision point process
  • Commercialise category strategies and all innovation projects
  • Leading, coaching and managing a small team

    Ideally you’ve worked in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to do the following:

  • Excellence in Financial & Commercial acumen
  • Ability to work with multiple continuous data sources
  • Strong communication skills – ability to influence in small groups and also make an impact in larger presentations
  • Strong organisational and time management skills and ability to prioritise
  • Ability to deliver at real pace, presenting work in progress key findings and next steps
  • Enthusiastic and persuasive in their manner, with a practical and methodical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to switch between strategic and operational mind-set
