We are currently looking for a motivated administration assistant, to be able to offer ongoing work with one of our fast paced clients based in Carlton, Market Bosworth.
To be the first point of contact at the Yard and to support the Plant + Transport Manager with all plant and haulage site requirements including.
+bull; Deputising for Plant and Transport manager
+bull; Assisting in the management and administration of waste and scrap movements for the business
+bull; Taking orders and issuing work for HGV fleet
+bull; Tracking and sending billing details to accounts for plant + haulage
+bull; Purchasing administration for all plant, haulage and waste requirements
+bull; Fleet management - liaising with insurers, lease companies, garages etc.
Job duties and responsibilities
Primary Tasks and Duties will include:
Waste + Scrap Management:
+bull; logging all daily waste / scrap movements from the AR App
+bull; Reconciliation to actual tickets
+bull; Raising queries with suppliers and merchants for any discrepancies
The administration of company vans and cars including:
+bull; Vehicle maintenance + repair coordination
+bull; Dealing with toll requirements, toll charges and penalties
+bull; Fuel card administration
+bull; Produce monthly fuel report
+bull; Logging and updating vehicles on the insurance fleet register
General Admin support:
+bull; Raising purchase orders
+bull; Daily reconciliation + tracking of all plant allocations
+bull; Track and update hired plant onto live hire report
+bull; Placing orders with suppliers for plant, equipment and materials
+bull; Answering the telephone and dealing with all queries in the first instance.
+bull; Dealing with visitors to the Yard
+bull; Digital filing of plant defect sheets
+bull; Uploading plant + equipment certs onto the app
+bull; Any other duty within your capability
Own Transport is a must for this role, due to the location of the position.
This position will be a temp +ndash; ongoing role with the opportunity of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate.
The hours of this position will be 8am +ndash; 5pm, Monday +ndash; Friday.
Pay Rate - +pound;12.00 per hour
