Senior Product Manager / Product Manager (Research Platform Group)
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead one of our research platform teams. Our research platform is the heart of Springer Nature’s digital experience, with over a billion user sessions each year, and is critical to our institutional, Open Access and solutions businesses. Our platform teams are cross-functional, Agile development teams based primarily in London, with some team members based in Berlin or Lisbon. The role involves working closely with our end users - researchers, our Editorial & Publishing teams, Sales & Marketing teams, and other Springer Nature Digital teams to develop and deliver product ideas.
Experience working on an Agile development team, strong interpersonal skills, and strong analytical thinking are all essential. Experience in academic publishing and with eCommerce, Identity & Access Management, and Content Management systems is an advantage, but is not essential. We are open to hiring a less experienced, but promising Product Manager seeking to develop their skills and career. The role is based in London, Berlin or Lisbon.
You would be joining the Product Group of one of the largest, most prestigious, and most progressive global academic publishers. Springer Nature has a portfolio of over 3,000 journals and over 300,000 books. Our imprints include Nature, Springer, and BioMed Central. Our culture is empowering, supportive, and creative.
At Springer Nature we value and celebrate the diversity of our people.
