  • The Role

    As a Property Management Team Lead you will be responsible for the efficient management of a team of 7/8 Property Managers coaching and developing them so they can achieves their key focuses. 

    Responsibilities

  • Support the Property Management team and give directive to achieve KPIs and deadlines
  • Manage and coach a team of Property Managers
  • Lead 1 to 1s with Property Managers
  • Contact for out of hours emergency issues
  • Lead by example and deliver strong customer service to all parties
  • Running monthly reports
  • Required Skills and Experience
