As a Property Management Team Lead you will be responsible for the efficient management of a team of 7/8 Property Managers coaching and developing them so they can achieves their key focuses.
Support the Property Management team and give directive to achieve KPIs and deadlines
Manage and coach a team of Property Managers
Lead 1 to 1s with Property Managers
Contact for out of hours emergency issues
Lead by example and deliver strong customer service to all parties
Running monthly reports
Required Skills and Experience
To succeed as a Property Management Team Lead will be an enthusiastic, conscientious and customer focused.
