Naturally, you'll have input to the research and development process too, so you'll gain an insight into future of the world's diagnostic products and processes - machine learning, artificial intelligent, etc
You're the Quality Engineer responsible for the full life cycle of software and automation projects. One week you may be focused on complex robotics being installed into the production facility, the following week you may be analysing updates to the diagnostic software.
You will be responsible for developing the process, design, verification and validation strategies, and hold responsibility for all associated documentation.
The Successful Applicant
Because of the niche nature and highly regulated aspect of the product, you'll need to have experience in the medical device industry, ideally working with IVD products.
It would probably suit a technology enthusiast who can get excited by the thought of software & automation.
Obviously, if you've worked as a Quality Engineer in this sector with a specific focus on the above elements, even better.
What's on Offer
Aside from the opportunity to make a real difference to the health and safety of people across the world, we're offering an attractive salary, 5% contributory bonus, life assurance (4x salary), Private medical through BUPA, and various other optional benefits.
