Part Time Receptionist - Horsham
My client, a well established and reputable professional services company, are looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join their team in Horsham.
The role involves working 16 hours a week across 4 days as well as potential holiday cover.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Meeting and greeting all clients into the building
* Answering initial enquiries from clients and directing to the relevant departments
* Managing meeting room bookings
* General ad hoc administration duties
Experience and qualifications required:
* Previous reception experience is essential and ideally within a Professional services environment
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* A flexible and adaptable working style
