You will own and develop your designated customers, pro-actively driving sales and supporting sales processes. You will be responsible for developing your region and customer base directly and together with the distribution sales channels, identifying and focusing on high potential existing and new customer development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Secure growth of the Tektronix/Keithley business in the dedicated territory and gain share from competition
  • Develop strong relationships with existing and new customers, drive distribution and regional sales activities through mcustomer visits, analysing new paths for further market development and customer penetration
  • Provide sales presentations for all Tektronix/Keithley product lines, assisted by Applications Engineers to technically qualify customer’s needs
  • Cooperate with Regional Account Managers, Application Engineers, Marketing and other key stakeholders, consistently leverage and engage resources to execute and provide excellence in supporting customers and winning business.
  • Identify Focus Accounts that can drive growth for Tektronix/Keithley in the territory of responsibility, define the best engagement model, leverage all resources to become trusted advisor at customers and ensure needed level of support
  • Contribute to sales forecast and robust funnel growth
  • Find and Develop new customer segments together with distribution sales channels
  • Respect and follow the company values and act in accordance with them
  • Qualifications:

  • Technical qualification in Electronics Engineering/Physics or similar field
  • Good Digital skills & knowledge on CRM to be able to find new customers and follow-up diligently on opportunities is a must
  • Understanding of Test & Measurement industry
  • Successful sales experience and proven track record of developing a customer segment is a plus
  • Ability to translate technical product information into strong customer value propositions
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Autonomous, self-driven, business savvy and result-oriented mindset
  • Strong team player with the ability to work successfully in a multicultural organization and present effectively to all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Preferably based in north of UK
  • Readiness to travel extensively
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • High ethics standards of business conduct in today's business environment
