About the role

We are looking to recruit a dynamic individual to join the Regional and Corporate Fundraising team at Leonard Cheshire. The team works to raise awareness of Leonard Cheshire both locally and nationally and raise funds for our services and programmes supporting disabled people.

You will be responsible for all local corporate and trust applications, grant management and reporting as required. You will conduct in depth research into local funding opportunities and work with staff across the UK to match these up to funding needs.

Working on our annual school’s campaign, you will recruit and manage participating schools and grow our supporter base and income. You will work alongside marketing and digital to develop an educational fundraising pack.

About you

You must be efficient, organised and pro-active with strong administrative skills. You will have experience applying for funding from corporates and trusts and stewarding those relationships. You will be required to be an effective communicator and customer focussed individual. Many of our activities also rely on working across departments and will require someone with a confident manner who can work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure regional activities are delivered.
