Ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsible for all operational service delivery including risk and compliance in the region through contract delivery teams.
Own the customer relationship, promoting a one-team approach and issue resolution.
Carry out technical inspections, building workarounds, and proactively identify tasks.
Oversee incident & failure management.
You will take the lead operationally and commercially for your region in ensuring that contracted services perform to the highest standards, fulfill all contractual obligations, and deliver on financial targets
You will maintain and deliver the standard for safety, quality, time, and cost control
Monitor and be accountable for the regional goals to improve on service delivery and operational performance, developing shared goals with stakeholders and internal teams to grow the relationship
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, the LNER contract management team, the Regional operations delivery team, as well as with 3rd party service providers to deliver effective services to LNER.
You will lead change across the contract region and, collaborate with stakeholders and staff across the LNER contract to ensure buy-in to adapt to new ways of working.
The successful candidate
Senior Management experience in the facilities management area, managing hard and soft services and project works including managing an operational site-based or mobile team.
Excellent communication skills including presentation and written report writing.
Good PC skills, including advanced Excel.
Ability to complete full Disclosure and Government baseline clearance (mandatory requirement to work on contract).
