About the Job

As a restaurant supervisor you will be required to work 40 hours per week, sometimes over 6 days and usually with split shifts including breakfast and dinner service. The rate of pay for this role is £10.02 per hour and there will be the option to live in the Hotel if required.

As a Restaurant Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the restaurant. You will deliver great customer service by ensuring our hotel guests are served their meals in a timely way by friendly, well trained and professional looking employee owners.

Your main task will be to look after a team of restaurant assistants, making sure tables are presented to a high standard and customer expectations are met during service. You will be responsible for the rotas to meet the department’s budgets, and work collaboratively with the kitchen to deliver excellent food from our predominantly set menu.
