Do you have experience in an administrator related role?
My client, based in Bourne End, is looking for an administrator to join the team. Previous administration experience in a similar role is desired. The role is paying up to £22,000 and includes free parking on site.
The role will be working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm and is a full-time position.
The successful candidate will:
Input customer orders, answer the telephone, engage with customers, update the CRM, maintain spreadsheets, manage the project database and issue sales leads to the sales teams.
General administration and office upkeep will also be required.
Requirements of the role:
Must be adept in use of MS Office 365, particularly Excel and Word, and occasional PowerPoint for use in presentations, Internet, and email.
Must be a very competent writer of business letters, email, and proposals.
Must be an excellent telephone communicator.
Able to demonstrate success and experience talking and handling customers and orders.
