Sales Administrator required. Our client is a well-established manufacturer based in Hatfield. Due to ongoing success they are seeking an experience Sales Administrator to join the team. The successful candidate will have a proven background as a Sales Administrator with excellent customer service skills.
Sales Administrator Position Overview
Engage and communicate with customers that come via incoming phone calls, showroom visits and e-mail enquiries/orders.
Maintain and build relationships with clients to understand their needs always knowing what alternative products to offer a customer.
Adhere to the systems and processes to ensure a consistent work-flow
Actively look for new customers and build on the existing accounts
Working with Sales Representatives to generate new business
Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner whilst following all relevant internal procedures.
Work with sales, warehouse, transport and support teams to fully leverage the capabilities of the organisation to drive sales and satisfy the customers
Sales Administrator Position Requirements
Previous experience as a Sales Administrator
Experience in the engineering / manufacturing industry is desirable
Organised and disciplined.
Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner.
Strong work ethic.
Excellent administration skills.
