Accountabilities and Activities

  • Process all Quotes and Sales Orders once the PO, quote and End User Details have been received
  • Generate quotations for our Business Development Team
  • Manage customer loan stock.
  • Liaise with our operations team to ensure compliance and speedy placement of orders on to our Vendors
  • Keep a check on Back order items and update the relevant Account Manager of what updates they need to provide to their customers
  • Administrative duties

  • Preferred attributesbut not necessary are:

  • Knowledge of IT Industry – knowledge of our vendors would be excellent
  • A proven track record of successful salesadministration experience
  • Previous use of Netsuite CRM system
  •  Travel Requirement

    Primarylocation is Chesterfield. There may bethe exceptional requirement for off-site meetings and events.

    Hours of work

    37.5 hours per week – Standard hours are 09.00-17.30 Monday-Friday.
