Our Opportunity

Due to growth we are looking to recruit a forward thinking and dynamic Senior Architectural Technologist to join the team in Leicester. As Senior ArchitecturalTechnologist you who will play a pivotal role in leading projects of all shapes and sizes from conception through to completion. Our team of Architectural professionals work across an array of sectors, to include, healthcare, education, blue light, leisure and retail, so the successful Senior Architectural Technologist can expect to gain exposure to varying clients and opportunities.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Producing all working technical drawings, working closely with the team and Senior Architects
  • Preparation of feasibility studies/sketch designs/detail design/specs/report/tender action
  • Developing project briefs and design programmes
  • Client Liaison
  • Preparing and presenting design proposals and also producing and evaluating feasibility studies
  • The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will join the cohesive and designfocused team in Leicester and become part of the collaborative culture at Pick Everard; a construction and property consultancy who have operated within the market for over 150 years.

    About You

    Essential requirements:

  • Degree in Architectural Technology (or similar degree in a relevant Built Environment subject)
  • Significant experience in a similar role
  • Further skills and experience we would like you to have:

  • Experience in taking projects from inception to completion
  • Knowledge of technical legislation including building regulations
  • Proficient in using Revit
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Team player
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to manage own time and work to deadlines
