PHMG is the world’s leading audio branding agency – and we’re looking for an ingenious Senior Copywriter to be the custodian of our brand voice.

Working within our internal Marketing team, you’ll create compelling copy for our range of digital and printed channels – everything from e-shots and social media posts to blogs and client literature. Internally, you’ll be responsible for the vital communications that connect our staff across the globe. And externally, you’ll work on exciting campaigns to strengthen our status as the authority in audio branding.

You’ll be an innately creative individual with at least five years’ copywriting experience – ideally within a B2B or similar in-house role. On top of your way with words, you’ll be brimming with ideas for unique, engaging content that demands audience attention. And importantly, you’ll have the confidence to take real ownership of the PHMG tone of voice – along with the expertise to guide others across the company.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Writing world-class copy exclusively for the PHMG brand, expertly capturing our unique tone of voice.
  • Creating engaging internal communications to connect, inform and engage staff across the globe – including our dedicated company magazine, Sound Bites.
  • Working on campaigns to promote PHMG’s presence, expertise and authority in audio branding.
  • Developing materials for every step of the client journey, from point of sale to long-term service.
  • Writing long and short-form copy for a wide range of digital and printed platforms, adapting style appropriately.
  • Supporting in the development of the overall content strategy.
  • Collaborating with marketers and designers in a fast-paced working environment.
  • What you’ll need:

  • Copywriting experience, ideally in a B2B agency or similar in-house role.
  • The ingenuity to develop new content ideas and approaches.
  • The confidence to share ideas, present work and act as the custodian of the PHMG brand voice.
  • An adaptable, dynamic approach, with the ability to manage individual workloads, and quickly react to changing projects and priorities.
  • Experience working in collaboration with designers and marketers.
  • Some experience in writing for SEO is desirable.
