Yext is seeking a new leader for our European Sales Operations team. The focus of the Senior Manager, Sales Operations and Strategy role will be driving sales strategy and operational excellence across the European Sales region. The ideal individual is a self-starter, problem-solver with a passion for technology, sales, and new market development. This role will be involved in strategy and planning for our European GTM including Sales, Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales Engineering organizations, working in collaboration with localleadership. This role will be responsible for mitigating and resolving sales channel conflict across channels as well as capturing and sharing best practices. Additionally, there will be significant coordination with all global Sales Operations teams and cross-functionally to ensure global implementation of business processes and practices.
