We seek to appoint to Senior Teaching Fellow in HRM/HRD. The successful candidate will be educated to at least Masters level and preferably hold a doctorate or be close to completion. Chartered Membership of the CIPD and substantive professional experience in HRM or HRD is desirable. You will be committed to excellence in teaching at all levels. You will be expected to make a contribution to scholarship and knowledge and contribute towards the leadership of the undergraduate HR programme as well as teach specific HRM/HRD modules at undergraduate and possibly post graduate levels. You will have drive, an innovative approach to learning and teaching, and enjoy working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
