Supply Chain Coordinators work closely with vendors and internal stake holders to ensure that production is on track and that the business and vendors are aligned to the global production plan. Their remit includes purchase order management, production tracking, management of additional business costs and communicating business needs between vendors and internal stakeholders.
Pentland is growing and changing to adapt to evolving global business environment and this role will play a key part in on boarding Speedo North America business to the Pentland family as well as implementing and onboarding our vendor base to InforNexus.
The role you’d play:
Manage global production plans with stakeholders and vendors to meet business objectives
Identify and manage non conformances against agreed process and ways of working with vendor base providing solutions to meet the business expectations that minimize costs and maximizes opportunities and provide training where required.
Coordinate and communicate customer specific VAS requirements to the vendors
Manage occurring vendor surcharges and communicate them to regions and brands for approval and report on them for KPI’s.
Investigate and correct price discrepancies between Pentland and vendor invoices.
Manage other additional costs from vendor via subsequent debits and credits with vendors.
Report on OTIF and root cause production delays to determine counter measures working closely with the vendors and internal stakeholders.
Capture and provide data highlighting improvement opportunities and best practice to optimize supply chain performance and efficiency to drive continuous improvement.
Provide support across the global supply planning and MDM team when necessary.
Support onboarding vendor on to our newly implemented InforNexus system.
Be a key enabler of collaboration and process implementation within the business during Speedo North America onboarding
