We are one of the UK’s leading providers of care for those with Learning Disabilities. We specialise in supporting our service users to live a full and meaningful life. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our fantastic service and team, to support our service users’ development in all areas of their lives.

We support children with learning disabilities by ensuring that options, independence and personal choice are key to our service users’ success. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect , dignity and provided the opportunity to progress in life.

You will be responsible for supporting our children within the school, supporting the teachers and children to ensure the best learning and opportunities possible. There is a broad curriculum on site and you’ll work with the children 1 to 1. We work with each child to provide them with individual and specific goals, whether that be education, care plans or helping them integrate with the wider world (through activities or trips out and about). A huge part of what you’ll do is be a friend to them; you’ll be someone that listens and genuinely cares . You’ll get involved with helping people live they life they want live; that could be taking them to the shops, getting creative in our art room, provide reports on their progress, personal care and giving medication where required.

You’ll build strong relationships with our residents so you’ll have a good sense of humour , patience, dedication and most importantly you care! Of course, you’ll be independent, honest and determined to set a good example.

As much as you’ll help us look after our residents, we’ll look after you . We have a generous benefits package available to all of our staff and we’re actively looking to develop people.
