Role Summary

To support the Buying Administration of UO Wholesale collections. This is an entry level role for someone talented with great organisational skills, looking for a career withing Fashion Buying or Wholesale.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Purchase order administration including raising and amending POs.
  • Provide product details for line sheets, Sales and partners.
  • Sample management from product development through to coordinating with core teams, supporting sales with selling and marketing samples.
  • Negotiate orders with vendors.
  • Working with the core Buying teams to coordinate sealing and approvals.
  • Product level data input into B2B and Blue Cherry wholesale management systems.
  • Maintain line sheet documentation.
  • Purchase order and vendor critical path management.
  • What You’ll Need:

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Good problem-solving ability.
  • Commercial awareness and a keen interest in the fashion retail industry.
  • System experience desirable - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel (basic), Power Point, Blue Cherry, Island Pacific, MTS, Tradestone.
