In this multi-faceted role, you will be tasked with driving increased accountability and transparency of family office spend through reporting and budgeting processes. You will play in key role in providing additional scrutiny across costs, making sure invoices are paid on time and managing junior staff. The team is small but with a great culture.   • Manage and drive monthly financial reporting
  • Lead budget preparation on an annual basis
  • Weekly review of invoices & summary
  • Assist with preparation of company accounts
  • Assist with timely preparation of personal compliance in multiple jurisdictions across Europe
  • Assist Family Office Manager with investment analysis – general financial analysis

About You

You will have a strong background at a top accounting practice with experience across tax and financial accounting. An accounting qualification is desirable, and the successful candidate will be educated to degree level preferably in a financial discipline. Applicants will need outstanding interpersonal communication skills and a proven ability to establish effective relationships with experience of working on complex projects. Experience using Sage will be beneficial as well as someone who is well versed in Microsoft products such as PowerPoint and Excel.
