Alexander Lloyd is working exclusively with a client based on the Surrey/ London borders to source a talented and experienced SME Accountant who enjoys a varied role and being hands on.
This is a business that can boast outstanding employee retention and has experienced massive organic growth along with a couple of business acquisitions.
Due to retirement this role is coming available.
Sitting firmly within the professional services space our client works with a number of large well known and smaller brands to offer consultancy and specialist services.
Salary ranging between £50,000-£60,000 dependent on experience plus disc. bonus, 25 days holiday, 5% pension contributions, death in service and life assurance. Working from home 1-2 days per week.
The role will include;
- Day to day bookkeeping
- Ownership of the monthly Payroll
- Prepare monthly management reports for senior management
- Liaise with external accounting firm
- Production of management accounts
- Prepare information for the year end accounts
The Person
- Qualified by Experience/ Fully Qualified/ Part Qualified Accountant
- Professional services background would be preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role including exposure to running a small payroll is essential
- Previous use of Sage Line 50 is essential
- Excellent communication skills
